Originally from the Boston-area, Anna received her Bachelor of Arts in Justice Studies from Montclair State University in Montclair, NJ in 2008. After graduation, Anna worked for the State of New Jersey as a Public Defender Investigator, assisting indigent clients facing state child abuse or neglect charges. While she found the work both challenging and rewarding, she yearned to do more in the courtroom.
In 2012, she moved to Miami to begin her legal studies at the University of Miami School of Law. While at Miami Law, she excelled in the Litigation Skills program, as well as earned book awards for such classes as Trial Strategies and Roy Black’s Evidence Workshop before graduating with honors in 2015.
Anna interned with the Public Defender throughout her law school tenure and began her litigation career at the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office. While there, Anna tried eighteen cases, in addition to litigating numerous motions. Looking to expand her practice, in 2018 Anna left the Public Defender and accepted a position as Staff Attorney for a Miami-based insurance company, primarily focusing on PIP cases.
Having recently relocated to Jacksonville, Anna now joins the Taylor Day team where she continues to focus her practice on auto accidents, specifically bodily injury cases. When not at work, Anna enjoys spending time with her young daughter and husband and exploring what Jacksonville has to offer.
