Victoria was born in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. After obtaining her bachelor’s degree in communications and psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario, she moved to Florida to pursue her dream of becoming a lawyer. She graduated cum laude from Florida Coastal School of law in 2012.
Her career began as an Assistant State Attorney for the Eight Judicial Circuit. She worked in the Domestic Violence Unit and Traffic Unit before being assigned to the Felony Crimes Unit. She then moved back to Jacksonville and defended first and third-party personal injury actions before joining the team at Taylor, Day, Grimm & Boyd. Victoria currently focuses her practice on personal injury protection defense.
