A South Georgia native, Ryan is originally from Fitzgerald, Georgia. He received his Associate’s degree in Political Science from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College, his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in History from the University of Georgia, followed by his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law.

Prior to law school, Ryan managed his family’s self-storage, finance, and rental companies, and was also a Field Representative Intern for Fox News.

Before joining Taylor, Day, Grimm & Boyd, Ryan clerked for the Honorable T. Christopher Hughes, Cordele Circuit of the Eighth Superior Court District of Georgia, and interned at the Regional Conflict Counsel of the Fourth Judicial Circuit of Florida. In law school, Ryan led teams and competed as a brief writer for the Florida Coastal Moot Court Honor Board.

Ryan volunteers his time with the Boy Scouts of America, Habitat for Humanity, and the Shriners’ Hospital for Children. When Ryan is not at work or out volunteering, he enjoys spending time scuba diving, building computers, and brushing up on space law.
