The panel discussion, “From Titian to Van Gogh: Brushstrokes of Insurance Coverage Issues“, discussed a variety of coverage and related issues that frequently confront insurers, including surplus lines policies with declining limits provisions, fraudulent and collusive settlements in underlying cases as impacting coverage, coverage issues arising from errors, omissions in applications for insurance, sexual abuse claims, and other current trends in the ever changing world of insurance coverage.
