Taylor Day is committed to fostering an environment in which ambitious and talented persons of all genders, races, ethnicities, religions and sexual orientations can thrive based on merit.  As such, a priority in Taylor Day’s strategic plan and hiring decisions is continued development of a more diverse firm by actively recruiting diverse employees at all levels of the firm as well as promotion of those individuals within the firm.

Stephen E. Day

Steve is one of Taylor Day’s founding members. In his more than 50 years of practice, he held numerous community and legal positions of high regard. Steve received his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and his J.D. from University of Florida College of Law. Following law school, he served in the United States Navy’s Judge
