Why Choose Taylor Day Law?

Taylor, Day, Grimm & Boyd is more than just an insurance defense and business litigation law firm. We are a dynamic team of professionals committed to delivering top-notch legal services to our clients. Our firm’s history spans over 40 years, earning us a reputation for excellence and dedication to our community.

If you’re considering a career at Taylor Day Law, here are some compelling reasons to join our team:

Law Clerk Recruiting

Taylor Day Law regularly interviews law students on-campus at the University of Florida and Florida State University, but we also accept resumes from students who attend schools outside our area. An ideal candidate will be comfortable in an inclusive workplace that celebrates innovative thinking and values different perspectives.

Summer Program

We provide Summer Associates with an enjoyable and rewarding experience in the practice of business and commercial law. During your clerkship, you will work directly with our talented attorneys in every aspect of our cases, including legal research, writing legal memos, motions and briefs, and attending depositions, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations. Successful candidates will utilize the mentorship of a diverse and rapidly expanding team of attorneys. Rising second-year law students interested in becoming a Summer Associate should submit their application materials in August for the interview periods beginning in September. If you attend law school outside Florida, we encourage you to submit your materials as early as possible so that we can consider your application alongside the On-Campus Interviews we conduct with Florida law schools.

Lateral Recruitment

As needs arise, we also make lateral offers to motivated and hardworking individuals with experience in business and commercial litigation and insurance defense.
