On Sunday, we learned the iconic Bobby Bowden lost his fight with pancreatic cancer. Coach Bowden is credited with building the FSU football team into a national power, winning 12 ACC championships and national titles in 1993 and 1999. He was also inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2006. Shareholders, Bo Boyd, David Gagnon and Chris Mueller are FSU alumni and we were all deeply saddened to hear of the passing of the legendary coach.
In memory of Coach Bowden, the firm has made a monetary donation to Pop Warner Little Scholars. This non-profit awards scholarships to young men and women who maintain high academic standards so they can have the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of football, cheerleading and dance.
