Rachel is originally from Southern California, where she attended San Diego State University and California Western School of Law. She took the Florida Bar after moving to Jacksonville for her family’s military orders.

Rachel’s keen analytical, negotiating, and client-centric skills were developed at the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office, defense firms in both California and Florida that focused on construction defect and personal injury law, and plaintiff’s firms specializing in property law, class actions, employment discrimination, and wage and hour law. At Taylor Day Law, Rachel is pleased to fulfill her longtime goal of narrowing her practice’s focus to the construction industry.

Outside the office, Rachel enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends, golfing, cooking, gardening, following Formula 1 and Supercross races, and volunteering with the United States Navy.
