Daniel was born and raised in New York. Prior to pursuing a career in law, Daniel served as a combat medic in the U.S. Army and deployed to Iraq in support of the Global War on Terrorism. After his military service, Daniel pursued his education and received a bachelor’s degree with honors from the Political Science Honors Program at Florida Atlantic University. He went on to earn his law degree with honors from the University of Miami School of Law in 2019, where he was named a Dean’s Fellow. During law school, Daniel also interned with the Office of the Chief Counsel at NASA’s John F. Kennedy Space Center.

After graduating law school, Daniel began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orlando and worked in Misdemeanor, Felony, and Juvenile divisions. As a State Prosecutor, he took numerous cases to trial and obtained convictions on behalf of the State of Florida. Since leaving the State Attorney’s Office, Daniel has worked exclusively in civil litigation. Daniel focuses primarily on insurance defense for major insurance companies, and has obtained multiple defense verdicts as a lead attorney in trial. Daniel is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts and United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Outside of his professional career, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and their Jack Russell Terrier.
