Daniel is a New York native who moved to Orlando in 2019. Prior to pursuing a career in law, Daniel served as a combat medic in the U.S. Army and deployed to Iraq in support of the Global War on Terrorism. After his military service, Daniel pursued his education and received his Bachelor of Arts with honors from the Political Science Honors Program at Florida Atlantic University. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of Miami in 2019, where he was named a Dean’s Fellow. While in law school, Daniel interned with the Office of the Chief Counsel at NASA’s John F. Kennedy Space Center.
After graduating law school, Daniel began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney for the 9th Judicial Circuit in Orange County, where he worked in Misdemeanor, Felony, and Juvenile divisions. As a State Prosecutor, he took numerous cases to trial and obtained convictions on behalf of the State of Florida. Since leaving the State Attorney’s Office, Daniel has worked exclusively in civil litigation.
As a civil litigator, Daniel has gained experience in various practice areas. His focus is primarily on insurance defense for major insurance companies, and he has secured several defense verdicts for insurance clients at trial. Daniel is a seasoned trial attorney with extensive experience in both first and second chair positions, having conducted more than twelve trials, and possessing wide-ranging expertise in all aspects of trial work. Daniel is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts and United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
Outside of his professional career, Daniel enjoys spending quality time with his family and his Jack Russell Terrier.
