Emina was born in Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina, and came to Jacksonville as a refugee. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in psychology and criminal justice from the University of North Florida and went on to obtain her juris doctorate from Florida State University College of Law in 2018.
Before joining Taylor, Day, Grimm & Boyd, Emina worked at a local law firm specializing in international business matters and immigration. Emina currently
focuses her practice primarily on Personal Injury Protection.
In her free time, Emina enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants, and reading.
