Kenneth A. Tomchin has over 30 years of litigation experience.  Upon graduating law school, Ken joined the law firm of Mahoney, Adams & Criser, where he represented a wide variety of businesses of various sizes with their commercial litigation needs.  After making shareholder, Ken continued his practice before founding Tomchin & Odom, P.A. in the spring of 1997.  Ken joined Taylor, Day, Grimm & Boyd in the fall of 2019.  He now focuses his practice on complex litigation matters.

Ken is one of only 15 Jacksonville lawyers certified by the Florida Bar as a Specialist in Business Litigation.  He is AV® Rated by Martindale-Hubbell®, the highest peer-review rating available and a designation held by the top 10 percent of attorneys for excellence in legal practice and ethics and award. Ken has also been selected as a Florida Super Lawyer on many occasions, including his most recent selection for 2024.
