Kyle was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. In 2006, Kyle’s family relocated to Jacksonville, Florida. In 2010, Kyle graduated from Episcopal School of Jacksonville (formerly known as Episcopal High School) (Jacksonville, Florida). In 2014, Kyle earned his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio), where he majored in Political Science and minored in both Spanish and Latin American, Latino/a, and Caribbean Studies. In 2020, Kyle earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Stetson University College of Law (Gulfport, Florida). In 2021, Kyle was admitted to The Florida Bar.

In 2013, Kyle worked as a legal intern for Mrs. Suzanne W. Green, Esq. at The Law Office of Suzanne Worrall Green, P.A. (Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida). In 2014, Kyle worked as a legal intern for Mr. Joseph M. Caligiuri, Esq. at the Office of Disciplinary Counsel of the Supreme Court of Ohio (Columbus, Ohio). In 2018, Kyle worked as a law clerk for The Honorable Judge Hugh A. Carithers, Jr. (retired) at the Fourth Judicial Circuit Courts of Florida (Jacksonville, Florida). In 2018, Kyle worked as a law clerk for Mrs. Suzanne W. Green, Esq. at The Law Office of Suzanne Worrall Green, P.A. (Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida). Over the years, Kyle has held several other employment positions.

During his free time, Kyle enjoys getting together with his family and friends, cheering on Cleveland’s major professional sports teams (i.e., Browns, Cavaliers, and Indians), working out, and volunteering at his favorite charitable organizations (e.g., Habitat for Humanity and The Daniel Foundation). As a former collegiate baseball player, Kyle is an avid sports fanatic.
