Rachel is originally from Southern California, where she attended San Diego State University and California Western School of Law.
Rachel’s keen analytical, negotiating, writing, and client-centric skills were developed at the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office and at civil litigation firms in both California and Florida that focused on complex construction defect actions, property law, class actions, employment discrimination, and wage-and-hour law. At Taylor Day Law, Rachel is pleased to fulfill her longtime goal of narrowing her practice’s focus to the construction industry.
Outside the office, Rachel enjoys spending her time outdoors, traveling, cooking, running, and heading to the beach with her golden retriever.
