TWO ASSOCIATE ATTORNEYS PROMOTED TO PARTNER

Taylor, Day, Grimm & Boyd expanded their leadership team, promoting two associate attorneys to Partner in January.

Heather E. Sosnowski

Heather E. Sosnowski has been a member of the Taylor, Day, Grimm & Boyd team for over a decade. Her practice involves representing employers, carriers and third-party administrators in the defense of claims filed under the Florida Workers’ Compensation Act and the Longshore & Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act. Her contributions to the firm make a big impact, including her commitment to keeping quick and constant communication open with her clients and the team.

Heather graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2002 and is admitted to practice law in both Florida and Georgia.

Job W. Fickett

Job W. Fickett joined Taylor, Day, Grimm & Boyd in 2019. Combining persuasive writing, tenacity in the courtroom, and an aptitude for problem-solving, his wide-ranging litigation practice is focused on offering creative legal and business solutions no matter the issue, risk, or amount at stake. Job’s clients include general contractors, subcontractors, banks, real estate brokerages and developers, technology companies, law firms, insurance carriers, and family businesses—many of which utilize him as their outside general counsel for non-litigation matters, as well. He handles every new matter focused not just on the short-term solutions to the problem at hand, but with a forward-thinking approach that incorporates best practices for risk mitigation and avoidance of future litigation.

Job graduated magna cum laude from the Florida Coastal School of Law in 2014 and is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Florida.
