Attorney Nicholas Bussé recently prevailed on a Motion for Final Summary Judgment in a two-count automobile accident case wherein Plaintiff alleged she was injured as a result of a rear-end collision caused by Defendants. Nicholas argued the Defendants did not owe Plaintiff a duty of care for the accident. Plaintiff further attempted to amend their Complaint to avoid Summary Judgment, but they were unsuccessful. After hearing Nicholas’s arguments, the Court granted Final Summary Judgment in favor of the Defendants. Nicholas served a proposal for settlement prior to the motion, which is enforceable.
