Brooke attended North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina, where she majored in Political Science and minored in Coaching Education. She then earned her Juris Doctorate From West Virginia University College of Law where she was President of the Marlyn E. Lugar Trial Association and an executive board member of the Public Interest Advocates. While in law school, she received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Child Protection and the Law and was later selected for the Order of the Barristers for having demonstrated exceptional skill in trial advocacy, oral advocacy, and brief writing throughout her entire law school career.

After graduation, Brooke clerked for Judge Louis H. Bloom in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit of West Virginia. After her entire family moved to the Jacksonville area, she decided to follow suit. Before joining Taylor Day Law, she worked for a large insurance defense firm representing businesses and individuals throughout the State of Florida in a variety of general liability matters.

Outside of the office, Brooke enjoys traveling, cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers, CrossFit, and spending time with her family and dogs, Raleigh and Nash.
