TAYLOR DAY LAW CELEBRATES WALL-BREAKING EXPANSION IN JACKSONVILLE

Taylor Day Law marked a major milestone in its continued growth with a Wall-Breaking Ceremony, a symbolic event celebrating the start of construction on an expanded workspace in Downtown Jacksonville.

The ceremony officially kicked off renovations that will remove existing walls and create a total of 30,468 square feet of workspace. Currently housed in the Bank of America Tower on a portion of the 35th floor, the expansion will extend into the remainder of the 35th floor and a significant portion of the 34th floor.

“We’ve experienced a tremendous amount of growth in recent years,” said Christopher J. Mueller, Shareholder with Taylor Day Law. “This remodel and expansion will allow us to better serve our clients and community.”

In addition to increased workspace, the expansion will introduce a more collaborative work environment with modern features designed to support a forward-thinking legal team.

Construction will take place over several months and occur in two phases. Phase one will focus on the demolition and remodel of the 34th floor. Once completed, employees currently on the 35th floor will relocate to allow for the final phase of the expansion.

“This is a reflection of our growth and momentum,” said Mueller. “We’re looking forward to celebrating the new year in our new office space.”

Representatives from NineOaks Development, Emerald C’s Development, Cushman & Wakefield, Connie Turner Interiors, and Foundry Commercial joined them in commemorating the occasion and celebrating the next chapter of Taylor Day Law.
