The Florida Supreme Court has approved amendments to the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar, establishing new standards for Board Certification in Insurance Coverage Law. Effective January 1, 2027, the new rules create a pathway for attorneys to demonstrate their knowledge, experience, and proficiency in this specialized area of law.
Reed Grimm, Vice-Chair of The Florida Bar’s Insurance & Surety Committee, helped make this achievement possible alongside fellow committee members, who worked for several years to bring this initiative to fruition.
