Kendall Eric Wilson is an Associate Attorney at Taylor Day, where he focuses his practice on civil litigation and represents clients in complex liability matters. Drawing on experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants, Kendall brings a comprehensive understanding of the litigation process and a strategic perspective to each matter he handles.

Before joining Taylor Day, Kendall practiced with a large insurance defense firm, where he represented insurers and their insureds in a broad range of civil litigation matters. His experience includes general liability, premises liability, automobile and trucking litigation, negligent security, subrogation, and other personal injury and liability claims. Kendall has also represented plaintiffs in matters involving many of these same areas, providing him with valuable insight into the positions, strategies, and objectives of opposing parties throughout the litigation process.

Kendall’s experience handling matters from both sides of a dispute allows him to evaluate claims from a defense and plaintiff perspective, identify key issues early, and develop practical litigation strategies tailored to the circumstances of each case. He approaches each matter with an emphasis on thorough preparation, effective advocacy, and achieving the best possible outcome for his clients.

Kendall earned his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law. He holds a Master’s degree in Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Florida Atlantic University.
