Ashley focuses on Insurance Defense Litigation, specifically Personal Injury Protection Benefits.  She received her Bachelor of Science from Florida State University in Communications before obtaining her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law.

Ashley began her legal practice as an Assistant State Attorney for the Fourth Judicial Circuit in Florida.  During that time, she prosecuted both misdemeanor and felony cases. 

Ashley then went into private practice with an Insurance Defense firm in Tampa, before returning to Jacksonville where she worked for a multi-state Insurance Defense firm handling automobile claims, medical malpractice, and premises liability matters. She now devotes her practice at Taylor Day to PIP cases, dealing with coverage issues and policy interpretation.

When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family.
