Born and raised in Jacksonville, Parker attended the University of Florida for his undergraduate degree, earning his Bachelor of Science in Journalism. He then received his Juris Doctor degree from the Florida State University College of Law. While in law school, Parker was elected to serve on the Board of the Student Bar Association as Representative to the Florida Bar.
After graduation, Parker served as an Assistant State Attorney in the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Florida. He later practiced with a multi-state civil litigation firm before founding and managing a boutique firm focused on entity formation, municipal regulation, and contract law. Parker also served on multiple advisory boards for the city of Charleston, South Carolina, where he informed the drafting and implementation of new municipal ordinances. His practice areas include automobile accident defense, trucking accident defense, general and commercial liability, premises liability, municipal and county liability, and insurance defense.
