Prior to joining Taylor Day Law, Ted worked for three Jacksonville and one Tampa civil litigation firms, affording him significant and diverse experience in handling matters including: personal injury/automobile accident litigation; medical malpractice; FELA, longshore and Jones Act claims; first person homeowner’s property damage claims; and creditor’s rights, bankruptcy, and collections actions. In addition, Ted served as senior in-house counsel for over 12 years with a Fortune 500 insurance company, where he handled matters involving real property and title insurance issues; corporate litigation; and professional liability claims. 

Ted received his Bachelor’s and Masters’ degrees with honors in Political Science from Florida State University where he also graduated with honors from the School of Law. 

In his free time, Ted enjoys traveling and cooking with his wife, spending time with their 3 grandchildren, and rooting for the Seminoles and Jaguars.
