Originally from South Florida, Lindsay received her B.A. in Criminology and Minor in Business Administration from the University of Florida. She then earned her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center.
After passing the Florida Bar in 2010, she joined the State Attorney’s Office (SAO) 17th Judicial Circuit (Broward) where she was employed as an Assistant State Attorney (ASA). She left in 2014 and moved to North Florida where she continued her career as an ASA for the SAO 4th Judicial Circuit (Clay and Duval) for over 7 years. As an ASA, she handled everything from misdemeanors, juvenile offenses, felonies up to attempted murder and sex crimes. In 2021, she became an Assistant General Counsel with Florida Dept. of Highway Safety as a Troop Legal Advisor to the Florida Highway Patrol handling Baker, Bradford, Union, Duval, Clay, Nassau, St. Johns, Flagler, and Putnam county. Her focus was teaching/advising law enforcement regarding criminal law, handling civil forfeitures, coordinating evidence destruction, assisting traffic homicide unit and even defending the Department with title declaratory actions. She has conducted nearly 40 jury trials and has extensive court room experience.
At Taylor Day Law, Lindsay will focus on Premise and General Liability, Construction Law, Fire Loss Litigation, Casualty and Florida Tort Law, and Auto Insurance Defense.
Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, kids and dog. She loves all types of sports, but her two favorite teams are the Florida Gators and Boston Red Sox.
