NATHANIEL K. CARR was born in Charleston, West Virginia and earned his bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University where he majored in Political Science. While attending WVU, Nate was a member of the varsity swimming program where he participated in the NCAA Division I Championships, US Open, and United States Olympic Trials. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctor degree from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law.
Nate gained experience in various practice areas and will focus primarily on auto insurance defense and construction law at Taylor, Day, Grimm & Boyd.
WILLIAM H. MCVICKER is originally from Charlotte, North Carolina. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of South Carolina and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law.
Prior to joining Taylor, Day, Grimm & Boyd, William served as counsel with an industry-leading title insurance underwriter. He now focuses his practice on construction law and premises liability.
COLTON H. MCCORKLE joined Taylor Day’s PIP and pre-suit demand review teams after litigating insurance defense for first/third-party property and auto claims. As part of his background, Colton worked on defending buildings with historic legal distinctions from tort claims.
Born in Orlando, Colton attended the University of Florida where he earned his Bachelor of Arts and studied abroad at the University of Mannheim. Afterwards, Colton decided to pursue a legal career and received his J.D. from Stetson Law.
WILLIAM W. ESTES attended Hampden-Sydney College where he played football and double majored in Foreign Affairs and Economics. William earned his Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
After graduation, William worked for a couple large firms in the Jacksonville area focusing on a wide variety of insurance topics. At Taylor Day Law, he will focus his practice on auto insurance defense.
